How Does Corporate Chair Massage Work?
You choose the date, time, place, and length of the massage. It can be a one-time standalone event or offered weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly; you decide what works best for your team. You provide the space. A quiet space with less traffic works well, like a conference room or an empty office.
The massage therapist will supply and set up the rest. The massage therapist will bring the massage chair/s, oils, music, aromatherapy, disposable face cradles, disinfectant, and hand sanitizer.
There is no special preparation for the employees because these are clothed massages. Once your employees are comfortably seated the massage therapist massages their neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands for the predetermined time. The employee then returns to work refreshed and energized.
